The UAE splits health regulation between federal bodies and emirate-level authorities. For a product question, the useful starting point is the federal medical-products regulator, the Emirates Drug Establishment, whose portal describes it as the single federal body for medical and pharmaceutical products and links to a directory of registered medical products. Federal and Dubai-level bodies regulate professionals and facilities; customs sits with ICP.
We do not state that any research peptide is legal or illegal to buy, hold or import in the UAE. A product being sold by a UAE-based website, or delivered by a UAE courier, does not establish that it is registered, permitted or appropriate for any use. Registered medicines are dispensed through licensed pharmacies and clinicians; research reagents are not substitutes for them.
Both EDE and MOHAP link to registered-medical-product directories on their sites. If a compound you are reading about does not appear there, that tells you it is not available as a registered medicine through that route — it does not tell you that a research listing is permitted.
