Corrections
How to request a correction, how we handle it, and the public log of corrections to published records.
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us. Quote the sentence, link the page, and link the source that shows the correct information.
What happens next
- An editor checks the source, usually within five working days.
- If the record is wrong, we correct it, update its “last verified” date and add a dated entry to its correction history.
- Material corrections, those that change a fact a reader might rely on, appear in the log below.
- If we disagree, we reply with our reasons and sources.
For suppliers
Suppliers can send updated policies, certificate links or a short written response to any comparison. Supplier statements that are not on a public page may be shown, labelled as supplier statements with the date received. Corrections from our commercial partner are handled under the same process, and given no priority.
