Its regulator states one thing more clearly than any other authority in the region: the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) lists a Parcel Clearance team within its Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Products Regulation section. If you are thinking about having a research compound delivered to a Bahraini address, that team is the most relevant office to ask.
