GCC research supplier delivery terms: a documented comparison

How to read this table

Each cell shows the fee, free-delivery threshold and timing exactly as the supplier publishes them for that destination, with a link to the policy and the date we checked it. Where a supplier lists a country but does not publish country-specific terms, the cell says so. Where it does not list the country at all, the cell says “Not listed as a destination”.

Patterns across suppliers

• Cooled delivery stops at the UAE border. Every supplier that offers cooled or cold-chain delivery limits it to the UAE.
• Liquids stay in the UAE. SHLabz says pens and nasal sprays are not shipped across the GCC at all.
• The recipient carries customs risk. Where we captured customs terms (SHLabz and Dubai Peptides), the policies differ in detail but all put duties, taxes and import requirements on the buyer and exclude customs-related return costs from refunds.
• Thresholds vary widely. Free cross-border delivery, where offered, starts at a high order value. For a small order, the fixed fee is a large share of the cost.

Caveats

Timings are estimates published by suppliers, not measured transit times. Suppliers change their terms; one supplier in our directory changed its UAE fees between our 4 and 14 October checks.
